With the changing life style and more of focus is on other things than health. All these factors lead to gaining of weight or obesity and to get rid of this is a Hercules task.

It is not easy to burn this accumulate fat. To lose fat fast there are various methods being adopted such as excessive of exercise, taking supplements etc.

These all could be dangerous as excessive of exercise could lead dehydration or any other health hazards and similarly it could be harmful to take supplements as it could contains harmful chemicals.

Tips to lose fat fast

But there are many natural ingredients which could help to reduce the fat such as –

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar – It is the high source of acetic acid which helps to reduce the inflammation and also does not allow the things which increases the obesity or gain of weight. To use this all you need –
  • Tablespoon of apple cide vinegar
  • Honey

To prepare –

  1. Warm the water
  2. Mix tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  3. Honey as per taste
  4. Mix well and drink.

It could be taken once or twice a day as per the convenience and liking.

  1. Black Pepper – It is consist of piperine which has the ability to reduce the weight and also lowers the things that lead to increase the weight. So it helps a lot in reducing the weight. All it requires that to add a teaspoon of black pepper powder to the tea, dishes, salad or in any of the food intake items. This should be incorporated on daily basis to our diet.

  • Cinnamon powder

To prepare –

  2. Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder
